Mr Window was one of a number of firms to give us a quote to replace a bow window, and theirs was the best price. The original was more plastic than glass (strange name calling it a window) as it had 8 panes. We photographed the original and drew on the picture showing how we'd like it to look afterwards, with three panes. The firm thanked us for this and the surveyor came and took accurate measurements. The fitter arrived at 0730 to start work, finishing by 1530. Like a Terminator he absolutely didn't stop. We paid him the balance due. Everything was left clean and tidy. We're pleased and will recommend the firm to others.

From sales to completion Mr Window was extreamely professional. When the installation guy (Domonic) turned up, at first glance what was a 2 and a half day installation, was completed in 2. No mess, excellent workmanship of both the windows and doors. No issue was sweapt under the carpet. I am definitely going to recommend Mr Window.to anyone who asks.

Initial sales guy was great. Not pushy in the slightest and great price offered.

Wasn't told the surveyor would cause a lot of damage and they didn't offer to repair despite asking and expressly disappointment. No follow up or contact from them about this.

Had doors only replaced which was going ok but faulty handle meant a delay in fitting and they had to come back sohad to book another day off work. Again, no apology

Quality ok but Customer service very poor.
