Strap broke within one week! This is the second time I have bought a watch from your company and both times the strap broke. I knew not to contact as was told last time that you don’t guarantee watch straps. Extremely disappointed….but should have not used your company. It was a 16th birthday gift for my son. He is really disappointed too.
