"Wrong items and no refund"

Have ordered several times before and never had an issue before and that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars and not one. They sent me the wrong items and ignored my contact, I returned using their return portal when I gave up trying to get the right items. Then I never got my refund even though they’d received my items, and still continued to ignore my contact.

"The hand gel is exceptional"

The hand gel is exceptional. I've been using it for years now and the small bottles are brilliant when out and about, topping up from the large size when needed. I would have given 5 stars but they seem to be moving towards the liquid spray now and the gel is almost out of stock. The liquid is fine but there is a risk of leakage in a handbag and the small bottles are a bit larger than the gel version. Please bring back the gel!!!
