"Very Bad customer service"

Very Bad customer service, inconsistent charges changes every time.
And especially the women(Jemila) I spoke with, showed unprofessional attitude to customers.
Only interested in taking money from you rather than explaining..
Management should look into this.

Worst consultant ever without having the patience to listen to the entire details of the client, they pass very wrong information and provide negative and naive counseling. Not trust worthy at all.

We applied for PR in 2020 they told us it’s 100% guaranteed ,we paid (30,000 AED) now they stopped responding
And I sent my cousin they told him their work is not done so will find out alternative way but they never replied to our emails / messages

Big time scammers nothing happens as per their contract. I applied for bc tech pilot by October 2021 and nothing has happened till now. On top of this they will stop responding the moment you find out they are bluffing. They extracted huge amount of money giving false hopes
