Needed black ironmongery for my front door and wasn’t sure exactly what I required. Called ironmongery plus and they advised all the items I needed.
Goods arrived next day. Great service and couldn’t have been more helpful.

"Items did not arrive"

I ordered some stainless steel coat hooks from this company. After two weeks they still haven’t arrived and I’ve asked for a refund. I telephoned four times to find out what had happened and each time I was assured that they were either lost, just on their way or that the carrier said they’d delivered but hadn’t. They offered to refund my shipping costs, but didn’t. A real nuisance and a waste of my limited time.

Placed order for guaranteed next day delivery. Asides an order confirmation I received no other communication (like a shipping notice or tracking number).
Called the following day and was assured order was indeed out for delivery that day. But I didn't receive it. Called the day after that, after the weekend and was told someone would call me back after 2 minutes. 30 mins later I got fedback and called and cancelled the order and asked for a full refund. I suspect the order was never shipped in the first place and the guy on the phone kept lying as he didn't want to admit this.
