"One of the best decisions of my life"
I started training with Coach Paul 1 year ago. My goals were to increase strength & cut body fat. I had a basic understanding of lifting weights and better than average diet prior to starting the program. 1 year later and I am a completely changed person. The two biggest benefits for me were the training accountability and knowledge of proper nutrition/recovery. I wanted to develop habits that became a "lifestyle" instead of some temporary diet or 90 day training bootcamp. CP took my individual goals and developed the perfect program for me. It was fully customized around how many days and hours I wanted to be in the gym and foods I enjoyed eating. The bottom line is you have to put in work and stay disciplined on the nutrition side to see real results. After about 4 months on the program, I started getting a lot of comments from friends and family about my appearance:

I am in my 40's and a couple friends even seriously inquired if I had started TRT.
The comments are nice, but one of the biggest benefits for me was how great I feel everyday. Lifting hard 5x per week is just part of my schedule now and I look forward to getting in the gym. If you're looking for a fad diet, or a plan that involves 20k steps and counting every calorie in MyFitnessPal.. this is not the program for you.
I worked with Paul for 12 months back in 2022. I initially found Paul by scrolling on Instagram. After getting a glimpse of his approach (holisitic, lift heavy, quality foods, etc) I figured, what the heck - I've tried everything else, mine as well try this.
2 years later and I still follow what I've learned from Paul to a T. What do I mean by that?
- High Quality foods > Counting every calorie
- Lifting heavy > Science-based BS (yes, bro lifting is superior)
- Mind/Soul improvement impacts gains > Gains are only made in the kitchen/gym
I was dealing with mental health issues - Paul not only helped me eradicate ALL anxiety in my life but also was able to bring back the confidence I used to have.

If you are tired of all the fitness fads, gimmicks and gurus and are committed to making long lasting change in your life, now is the time to work with Paul.
Paul does not offer any shortcuts or tricks because there are none. You have to put in the work, no one else can do it for you.
Paul is both a practitioner and teacher, his physique speaks for itself. He will listen to you with the intent of understanding who you are and who you want to become and then he will prepare detailed fitness and meal plans that will get you there - if you do the work.
Progress is not linear, so you have to be patient, trust the program and keep doing the work and the results will come. Paul will be there to help you through the frustrations and doubts, but again only you can do the work. This is also a life-long commitment to become the person you want to be, so there is no "end" to the journey where you stop at the completion of the program.
I had never worked out before and had very undeveloped muscles. For the first time in my life, I saw muscle definition and fat melting away from my mid-section, all while having the most filling and delicious meals. It feels good to walk around in clothes that fit right and look nice.

A custom lifting and nutrition plan was of great value. What I feel was by far the most valuable part of the program was having Paul as a resource. Whenever I had questions regarding fitness and nutrition I could count on him to answer his phone first ring every time.

"Elite holistic training with results that matter"
As I looked forward to finishing my last round of chemotherapy, my mind was running with all of the possibilities and routes that I could take in my next stage of life. I had just faced an unfortunate cancer diagnosis immediately following a failed relationship, in what made for some of the most mentally challenging times in my life. I knew that it would be crucial to establish a sound foundation of health and I couldn’t wait to get back to lifting weights regularly. While I was able to get lifts in for a few days in between rounds, the side effects of the treatments seriously disrupted the lifting routine that I had put together and maintained for the last few years.
In my time away from the gym and during treatments I was able to spend time studying, preparing to get back to the routine. I got in touch with Paul and I knew that we were aligned on a holistic approach to health and weightlifting - I had been following his content for about a year and he was one of many who had inspired my evolving approach to nutrition and lifestyle.
Coach Paul was able to help me craft an approach to diet and weightlifting that provided new challenges and pushed me to take a more disciplined and focused approach to holistic health.
