"Overall"

Overall, below average.
The website design, the ability of Distinction to create a work-flow that works....I would apply 5 stars.

However.....

The project was completed a full 12 months behind schedule
Distinction had such a high turnover of staff that we seemed to always be starting again
They completely messed up on a major additional project, and when I say completely I mean completely!
They receive feedback subjectively, not objectively

I would actually argue that they caused my business 5 years of considerable pain due to the above.
Shame!
