I was shopping for an expensive piece of equipment. Not something that one buys on a whim and I was looking around for good few weeks earlier. At nearly 2000 pounds listed everywhere I was surprised to see one listed at 1500 on Google suggested results. I was taken to Spray Plant website and the paint spray pump I searched for was listed at 1500 including VAT. Wow, surely that can't not a scam? I have checked around Google and Trust Pilot about this company but everything looked good. So I bought the spray pump. Thrilled to have received a confirmation of a next day delivery I was a happy man. The big box arrived and I have taken the invoice off the package. Ex Display pump blah, blah, blah... What?! A clearly used plant inside the box too. That was not in the description! Well, it turned out that Spray Plant did have several different items to sell that were ex demo and they were listed for sale. What was not made clear was the fact of those items being essentially used. The company has behaved professionally and with little argument to what had happened has agreed to take the used spray pump back and replace it with a brand new one that I thought I was buying in the first place. Yes, I knew that the price was very good but given the Xmas time and that there were many different and expensive items listed at a heavily discounted rate, I have suspected just a great deal.
So, what can I say? Credit where it is due and despite the set of events that took place I am here to leave the Spray Plant a very positive review. No, I was not invited to do so and it was not a part of the deal to get this sprayer replaced. Just as easily it could have been a detailed negative review had the company decide not to honour the deal. And once again, no, I did not threaten them with such a review. Everything is as organic as it should be.

Sold me something that was out of stock, didn’t charge me for it initially. Bought product else where and forgot about it.
Months later product arrives and they start sending emails and making phone calls demanding payment even though I don’t want the product. Would not use again!

We had a few issues with delivery which was sorted instantly and professionally. The after care was brilliant too. Really great customer service which in this day and age is rare. Keep going guys, we think you are fab!
