SECOND TIME, EXACT SAME RIP OFF! Taking funds under false pretences, is illegal. You have had me pay for a code you knew never ever had!

The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations mean you cannot mislead consumers by including false or deceptive messages or leaving out important information.

Enter Serial number and your site confirms “Your Mercedes Radio Code Is Available” and requires payment. ONLY AFTER PAYMENT you get told to wait until following day, then asked for pic of the Serial number on the unit, an odd request but most likely another time delaying tactic. Eventually you’re told they DONT have the code and they will take up to 2 WEEKS TO REFUND AN INSTANT PAYMENT for the Code they knew they had no access to. Don’t care how many codes you have provided, I’m only interested in the 2 times I have used your service and found both to be a waste of time.

The code worked fine, but the website is misleading in stating the code was available immediately, when in reality it was next day and then only after contacting them, as the company running the service is closed at weekends.
