"Sold used IDM Key"

Initially they took more than 2 hours as promised in their website to provide the key.. after multiple reminders, they finally gave me a used key but refused to admit that.. but when I provided them the screenshots, they finally took 48 hours to replace the key and gave me a new one.

আমি তাদের থেকে elevenlabs সার্ভিস টা নিয়েছি, ১০০কে ক্রেডীট দেয়ার কথা বলে ৫০কে দিছে, তারপর এক মাসের জায়গায় ৫দিনে সব ক্রেডিট শেষ, আমি ১০% ও ইউজ করিনি, মেসেজ দিলে সিন করে রেখে দেয়, রিপ্লাই দেয় না
