I used Innoinsure to get health insurance for my visa and so far it has been simple and easy. Using the insurance is easier than expected and it makes the move easier when you have English speaking service available. Ciaran was a big help and is always available to help me with any questions. I would definately recommend using Innoinsure for your health insurance.

"Do not use Innoinsure!"
Do not use Innoinsure! I had a very bad experience. Back in Feb, I worked with their agent Ciaran O'Toole. I paid for DKV coverage for myself and my spouse. He sent me the certificates and our insurance start date of May 1st. I was able to apply and get approved for the NLV visa. On May 6th I emailed Ciaran asking for my insurance cards. One day later Innoinsure emailed me saying my coverage was still pending enrollment. This got me very anxious! They gave me the option to wait it out, or switch to Asisa! Why did they not tell me this prior to May 1st and only told me after I asked for Insurance cards!!?!? I waited a few days for them to resolve it, but after chatting with other folks on FB, I'm learning that DKV doesn't send out certificates that far in advance. Maybe my certificate might not be real??? I contacted DKV and they also told me that I have no policy with them. I was able to get a refund, but this is all very stressful. I'm in the process of moving to Spain in a few days and have no coverage! Now I have to find alternate coverage while trying to rent out my condo, pack, sell items, and move to another country! A very horrible experience.

"Months later, no ability to access my account"
As part of the NLV process, in January, I purchased a Health Insurance policy. Although I have asked for it several times, I have never received an insurance card. Also, on DKV's website, my account was already registered by InnoInsure with the wrong email. I can neither log on to my account, nor reset the password. I have asked Ciaran at Innoinsure SEVERAL times to get this fixed and no action has been taken. I would recommend using another agency to obtain insurance.

"Troubles resolved"
I have bought two insurance certificates for my wife and me. My registration was very simple and fast, but registration process of my wife’s profile was really difficult. All the data was right, but she could not enter her profile. She did not receive messages by email. Specialist Tatiana helped us to resolve all the problems and now we both can use our insurance certificates.
