I have been using Gnomen for a number of years, with the platform being so easy, its helped me grow my business due to its efficiency and usability. Hassan and the team at head office are amazing, they make you feel part of the organisation. I wouldn't use any other property management software because nothing I have used in 25 years of being in the industry is as good.

Gnomen is a good software with a nice environment to work in. Many features streamline workflow and there are not too many gremlins in the software for day to day use. However, there are some key property management features missing that create very laborious and frustrating work rounds that take a lot of time up if you need the features. These are primarily:
-No Quarter date rent collection facilities for commercial property.
-A complete lack of CIS (construction industry scheme) payroll tools, if you need to pay contractors to undertake maintenance works at properties you manage this is a nightmare for the bookkeeping side of the software.
-No employers NI tools (just employees NI tools)
I have been using Gnomen for several years now and the support team is excellent at solving day to day problems with you, but when it comes to implementing new essential features people don't get back to me... Many glossy but ultimately superficial features have been launched over the years but these important key features have not been addressed.
If you don't need the above features then this could be a 5* software, if you do proceed with caution. If you find Property Managment software that can do all of the above let me know!
