I am really surprised how such a company is able to operate in UAE. First, they will not honor any tenant right. They will ask you the full payment without even sharing the contract. The tenancy contract is full of only agency/landlord laws and violates tenant's Rights. If you challenge them based on the law and documentation, they will use their legal team who know how to exploit any weaknesses in the system. They are even not scared of submitting false petitions with contradicting statement and false claims.
Finally if you try to run away, they will not only keep your deposit, but they will rather make a completely bogus inspection report in which they will mention even untouched or brand new items damaged and will try to make a huge monitory claim so you don't even dare to ask for a refund.
You will finally regret the day you even came close to these organized, professional, stubborn and yet dangerous fraudsters.
