"Love the Hipp organic products"

Recently swapped to Hipp organic milk for my 3 month old baby after seeing good reviews on mum forums and my baby experiencing discomfort with other formulas. My baby loves Hipp organic! She’s so much happier and content on this milk and seems to find it easier to digest. Also a friend bought us the kids foam wash and I absolutely love it for my baby. It is a gentle foam and leaves my baby’s skin super soft. I’m definitely a fan of their products and will be trying some other products.

"Poor customer service, Poor Service overall: Can't rely on them for product quality"

I placed an order with next-day delivery.
There was a delay of 3 days and no communication from the company.

I emailed several times and every time it took them a couple of days to respond.

I obviously had to purchase food elsewhere and then when the food finally came, the box was slightly open and the company instead of sending me a returns label said I must arrange a return myself and pay for it.

The return price for a non business like me is £11.94 which is almost the cost of the item - this companies polices are wrong and accordingly to the selling act surely they should be arranging or paying for a return.

Overall very poor communication and customer service - I get the feeling they are overworked, unogranised and from other reviews I am genuinely worried about the actual product and how it can be trusted to give babies - I wont even donate mine after them making it impossible to return - I will bin it.

I will write to several bodies to report the company and have them investigated for the actual milk they produce as companies who usually fail in customer service and communication are likely to fail in communication and service within production too.

Avoid this company - go for Aptamil (they have good secondary options)

I was lucky enough to win a giveaway recently from HiPP Organic, whilst delivery was a little longer than expected, the customer service was brilliant.

We have used HiPP in the past and this giveaway reminded me just how great their products are and I will continue to use their products in the future.

"Hipp let us down once more"

Hipp let us down once more. We rely on this brand to feed our baby, the milk is really good but they go out of stock. Now we start again trying other brands and it’s the baby the one having a bad time while adapting to other milks. 3 months having to order 2 boxes each time cause they wouldn’t allow buying any more. That made it even more expensive as delivery was between 5 and 7 pounds each time. Also packing is not efficient, we ended up throwing part the powder that inevitably falls out of the box.

I have purchased Hipp organic from boots, the container box is so terrible that whenever you try to make a scoop it try to spill in the box and all over the table, the seal tape is such a cheap made that after few days of use it won’t even stick back what a “joke” come on guys I understand that y’all are focusing to sustain the environment but come on people are not stupid, it’s just to make good price margin by making cheap packaging, other brands are also using the paper containers. I would definitely not buy hippie organic.

Our 5 month old is currently on the hipp organic first milk, now I will say he seems to take this milk much better than other brands, the only issue we have is the bloody box the formular comes in, it's absolutely terrible, it's so much hassle, takes longer to make your bottles and your constantly spilling it within the box or over the work top, why ruin a brilliant milk with such a poorly designed box? Also the leveler on the box will break, the milk comes in 2 bags, why not just put 1 large bag that has a press seal to reseal the bag instead of a piece tape, that I would assume like us most people wouldn't even bother using anyway, my partner said you can purchase a plastic container on there website, now why should you have to pay extra for this, also this would make additional work because surely this would need to be sanitised if it was to come into contact with formular. Change your box and stop using the claim your being environmentally friendly.

Following on from a really poor experience, the customer services manager really stepped up to resolve the matter. Although they were unable to supply me with what I'd originally ordered, I received a full size pack of body care baby products which are delightful.

"DON'T ORDER FROM THE HIPP SHOP"

Ordering from the HIPP Shop is a joke. I received 8 boxes of cereal for my 7 month old, with a shelf life of 3 months. Not to mention the thick layer of dust on the product. What 7 month old is going to eat that much porridge within that time frame?
The manager of the shop refused to arrange a free collection and to issue me with a product with a decent shelf life. This is unacceptable in this day and age and I would absolutely recommend NOT buying from them.
The concern is clearly for their pockets above the wellbeing of your children.

The hipp first infant milk is sold out everywhere we tried every supermarket even online! We rely on this milk, how can the stock be so poor?
