Ordered a lamp online on the 3rd of March expecting a prompt service.
Delivery eventually arrived from UPS on the 22nd March.

I had to chase the company, they never proactively engaged with me about the delay.

Lamp arrived on time, and was easy to install, as designed to be. However, I had to remove it several times and push the small connection pins back up into place as they were not soldered in and moved when unit was pushed into the projector, meaning they did not connect and lamp didn't work. I needed to bring the projector to Assured Service/Munster Whiteboards for help, adding 113.50 euros to my Bill.
