Butchers of property is one description
Disorganized fools is another description

I have been waiting for Two months for my property and still I only have half, of the stuff I have receive, 1/3 is damaged. I should have listened to the reviews but I took a chance. DON’T DO IT, DON’T DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Feel free to text me I will give you the truth and I’m not the only one.
By the way the only people that speak any English are the brokers.
RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF.
Update 11/11/21- it’s veterans day today, I’m proud to have served. Our memories are in our belonging that now are lost forever as I am told by the company “The rest is lost”. The company hired by US interstate Van Lines was “Quick Move LLC “ run by incompetent, uncaring, fools from NJ. The answer I got regarding my loss was TOUGH, Very sad day for me and my family.
Update 12/13/21
No property yet, nor will there ever be. Half of my stuff gone vanished. I was told to put in a claim, I did 35 days ago. Nothing at all, o call and get the proverbial run around, I’ll get back to you, let me check on it, or get this, we’ll if you want better cooperation maybe you should amend the review…. Can you say quid pro quo? So I give you a better rating then you’ll help me, is that tampering with a claimant? Maybe, and I have that in writing.
Our photo and video memories are gone, through not fault of ours, they can’t be replace but my furniture and household items can……I’ll say it again I will speak to anyone who wants to know the truth about this company “US INTERSTATE VAN LINES “
Don’t do it, I WAS TOLD I COULD NOT LEAVE MY NUMBER FOR PEOPLE TO CALL ME SO I DID.
12/22/2021 update
I received a letter from the US INTERSTATE VAN LINES insurance company, they lost 1/2 my stuff; a few pieces of furniture and about 20 boxes of property (household items) the claims department wants to pay 50.00….yes FIFTY DOLLARS, you heard correctly. Merry Christmas they said. It’s a tragedy. I’m fighting with them every day. About 1500 to 2000 dollars worth of stuff and I get 50 bucks…ARE YOU KIDDING?
UPDATE 1/6/2022
US INTERSTATE VAN LINES IS NOW TRYING TO BULLY ME INTO REMOVING MY PHONE NUMBER FROM THIS REVIEW. I WILL NOT. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR MY LOSSES, FURTHERMORE I AM BEING STONEWALLED WHEN I CALL THEM, US INTERSTATE VAN LINES, TO TRY AND GET ANSWERS REGARDING COMPENSATION. “ “WE’LL CALL YOU BACK, WE ARE WORKING ON IT” “ LET ME SEE WHAT I CAN DO” THEY HOPE I WILL FORGET ABOUT IT, OH NAY NAY……..NEXT CALL I WILL MAKE, AS I WAS DIRECTED TO DO SO BY THE AG’S OFFICE IS TO THE FLORIDA CONSUMER AFFAIRS. ANYONE READING THIS PLEASE BE AWARE OF US INTERSTATE VAN LINES TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.
1/30/2022 update I was ordered to remove my phone number from this review due to INTERSTATE VAN LINES COMPLAINT . US INTERSTATE VAN LINES DOES NOT WANT ME TO SHARE MY PHONE NUMBER WITH THE REVIEWER, what are they afraid of? Oh yea that some will contact me which they have. If I can get one person not to use US INTERSTATE VAN LINES it will have be worth the effort….. the company is a broker that brokers their moves to butchers of property and crooks, don’t believe me? We’ll wait and see.
Amazing that I can’t leave a contact number, what are they afraid of?
2/14/2022
After the last phone call from “B” of the US INTERSTATE VAN LINES, who is a supervisor I believe, asking me to change my review in order for him to help me, can you say quid pro quo? So again IF I give a good review they will help me LMAO. Common “B” give me a brake. Folks believe me this company is a farce it’s FUGAZY.

Update; my personal belongings are now nowhere to be found, B$$an, fill in the name, the smooth talking thief broker, will tell you he will take care of everything totally blew me off and forgot I existed. Pictures, videos, my daughters childhood memories gone. The liar I hired moves on the the next victim. What a travesty. Hire this company and you will regret it. The few good reviews you read must be fabrications. THIEVES ALL OF THEM
CHEATERS NEVER PROSPER.

"If I could give no star I would"
If I could give no star I would. This company is a scam I moved from NH to AZ, there advantages that they list in the welcome email when they are trying to get your business is all lies. I was bombarded with texts and calls when they were trying to get my business and then when all went wrong it has been a nightmare to just get a claim form. I was told that my move wasn't going to be contracted out, that if it was to be I would've been told ahead of time. When moving day came I received a call letting me know that they were 2 hours out and when they arrived they were not from US interstate van line but from Family movers. Who then jacked up the prices for more than what was quoted. I was then told at that time that my furniture was going to NJ to be put onto a larger truck to transport to AZ. My dates for delivery were to be from 10/1 to 10/6. The driver from All Directions van lines called me on 10/29 letting me know he would be in AZ and I told him I would not be there until 10/1 and that I was flying there. On 10/1 the driver began calling letting me know he was at the apartment, I told him I was on my way and the office gave him a key to start the move. He then told me he wasnt taking anything off the truck without the remaining balance, and proceeded to add more fee's on top what I was due to pay him. He came alone but charged for added mover. When he began unloading my furniture is when I seen all of the damages that had been done. My bedroom dresser, night stands are ruined, my tv stand ruined 3 of the four legs were totally ripped off, end tables damaged beyond repair. All he could tell me was to file a claim and I had 90 days! my moving boxes look like they had been thrown off the truck. I called and tried to make contact with someone from US Interstate Van Lines on 10/2 and then again 10/4 and also emailed over the pictures of the damaged items to be told to email again. Dont bother calling customer service because you are always prompted with they will call you back. In a weeks time I havent received a call back at all. So stay away from them there is nothing positive I can say about them. They take the deposit and then your on your own.
This is a rebuttal to what the company has replied back: They haven't been in contact with me at all and saying I had much more than what I stated is a total LIE! I went over by 6 boxes and I paid the additional fee for that and it was paid for before the movers got to my home. The service that I paid for was for my items to be moved by US interstate van lines, not the company they sent and not telling me ahead that they weren't going to be the company making the move. The scam is you selling me services from your company (US Interstate Vanlines) and telling me that your company is moving me! and I was told if your company wasn't going to do the move I would be contacted. I was not contacted at all! you took the deposit and another company showed up. Thats the scam! (Bait and Switch).. Then you come on here and spread more mistruths. You need to be ashamed!

"Refused to provide a detail receipt"
Refused to provide a detail receipt. Understaffed so they have one driver and a random local person they hire.
Driver was nice but you’ll most likely get screwed after going over your inventory twice and getting charge more just before and during the move.
Do yourself a favor a get someone to see the items that must be moved ahead of time.
Supervisor Alex was very rude. He spoke over me and refused any customer service after I refused to wait and pay them a 2nd load.

"Pesimo servicio, sobre costos abusivos"
Me dieron una cotización baja, pero después de tener mis cosas la estimación de pago subió mas de 300%, no llegaron en la fecha acordada llegaron 4 dias después, después de un mes de solicitar mis cosas todavía no me las devuelven, nadie responde teléfonos y cuando responden dicen que devuelven las llamadas y nunca llaman ni responden los email. NUNCA CONTRATES CON ELLOS SI NO QUIERES PERDER DINERO Y TUS COSAS

"I would NOT recommend this company at all"
I would NOT recommend this company for a family household move or for moving anything. They are very unorganized and seem clueless. Aside from sending out a smaller truck than I actually paid for, they didn't wrap all of my furniture in the blankets provided. My furniture, some of it antique, has been damaged. If not outright destroyed. My desk has a leg snapped off. A bookcase was demolished. I mentioned they're unorganized...half of my stuff still hasn't arrived and they don't know where it is. They won't call me back with updates. We're two weeks into wondering where our stuff is. We have the top to our kitchen table, but no legs, half of a corner desk, etc. It's beyond frustrating. Do not use US Interstate Van Lines. You'll be sorry. I am.

"Poor Customer Service"
Upon final confirmation call to confirm all details prior to move, it was never communicated the actual moving company that was going to be used or their polices. Drop off was scheduled for 3 days later from pickup. When my delivery date came and went, I was told that it would be a 14 day wait to receive my items. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was blamed, insulted, and threatened with suit for my review. The communication, follow up, and basic customer service within this company is severely lacking.

"A broker is only as good as..."
This is a broker, not a mover. As such, they are only as good (or bad) as the companies they contract with to do your actual move. Their website is riddled with typos (if I'd seen this instead of my wife, we never would have used them). Their phone system pronounces the company name two different ways, and the "press one for customer service" gives you sales and "press two for sales" gives you customer service. However, those quibbles are minor compared to what happened. The first company they contracted to do our move never showed up. The second company, Inch Perfect Logistics, has an F-rating with the Better Business Bureau and numerous 1-star reviews from people who said said they'd give Inch Perfect a 0 if possible. The mover arrived 4 hours late, and removed the furniture from the house a mere three hours before we would have lost access to the house. Inch Perfect Logistics was virtually inaccessible-they never answered their phone (it never even rang, just went straight to "nobody available" no matter how many times I called-even at the opening hour of the business, and the voicemail box was always full-day after day after day). We were moving my in-laws' furniture because my father-in-law recently died and we had a limited time to move his possessions. This experience with US Interstate added much stress and uncertainty while my wife was grieving the loss of her father. This would have been a 2-star review but for a US Interstate employee hanging up on me when I was trying to get help dealing with Inch Perfect Logistics.

"They never picked up our stuff"
They never picked up our stuff. My husband has to fly back down to Arizona and drive all our crap back up in a uhaul and miss his first day of work at his new job. This has to be a scam and I have no idea how all I can find is 5 star reviews.
