I started my 19 year old gelding on the equine version, he has arthritis in his hocks. The difference in his movement was very noticeable after about 2 weeks having him on the product. I know it’s going off the market to reformulate, but I hope it is done VERY quickly, as I’m nervous for him to be without YuMove

We had a slight problem in that our auto ship didn’t arrive before we ran out of pills. When I mentioned this in a review I was contacted the next day by a customer service representative. They are going to send our order every 55 days instead of 60. And they reduced our cost by sending us 1 bottle of 120 pills instead of 2 bottles of 60 pills. Couldn’t be happier!

AMAZING Customer Service! I accidently had the wrong shipping address put in and realized after finalizing my order. I called the customer service line and the young lady was amazingly helpful. She was able to put in the correct address and even offered to provide a discount coupon. I was not asking for a discount as it was my error, however the offer and her being so helpful will make me return as a customer in the future. Keep up the great work!

We have a 9 year old 180 lb English Mastiff. He is doing well, but in May of this year he was diagnosed with pneumonia. We took him to Cheat Lake Veterinary Hospital. They said although he was well for that age once they figured out the pneumonia, they noticed he has arthritis in his hips. He was starting to show signs of uncomfortableness in his walk. They recommended YuMove 360 Advanced. After the first week of being on 3 a day for the 6?week recommended regimen, he showed improvement! Now 6 months later, he was showing a limp again. I called constomer service and spoke with a girl named Chelsea. She was wonderful. The bottle didn’t say you could up the dosage if needed. I asked her if it would be ok to go from the 1 1/2 chew to 2. She said yes it wouldn’t hurt at all. So now going to two a day has helped yet again. This supplement is truly helped our big guy out so much. Thank you YuMove for helping our Sanson live a better life in his later years!
