I traveled to Istanbul from London for a hair transplant with Medireve, and the entire experience was very professional. Right from the start, the communication was clear and prompt. Yasmine, my case manager, guided me through every step of the process, from sharing pre-op instructions to helping me plan my trip. The hotel they arranged for me was decent, but on the first night, my room wasn’t as clean as I expected. I informed the team, and they quickly arranged a room change, which was much better.

On the day of the procedure, I was nervous, but the staff was incredibly kind and reassured me every step of the way. Dr. Tuba Su was fantastic; she explained everything in detail and had a very gentle approach during the operation. They managed to transplant 4,800 grafts in one session, which I found impressive.
