"Really well looked after"

Really well looked after. I can only think of 3 issues. One being with one rooms hygiene wasn’t addressed even though a complaint has been made. We were also promised Netflix throughout the year but wasn’t given it. There was also constant (basically weekly) visits by landlords or contractors or people from the agency, some were unannounced as well which a little bit annoying.

Terry was a fantastic landlord, i don't have a bad word to say about him. Anything we needed help with regarding our property was solved extremely quickly, he really looked after us during the 2 years he was my landlord. I would recommend Terry to any other student looking for a property. He organised a cleaner for us every 2 weeks and had a handy man by his side in case there was any problems we had. We also had a lovely house which was looked after very well by Terry over the 2 years, through updating items of furniture and some refurbishments while we were home during the summer. Definitely one of the best landlords in Brighton.

Lived in one of Terry’s for my second and third year whilst being a student at uni. Honestly the nicest landlord we’ve had. Clean house, with a cleaner provided fortnightly. Any problems we had would be resolved almost immediately. Great communication, very easy to contact. Thank you Terry for everything, really appreciate the time and effort you put into us, the pride you take in your job really shows.
