We've been using Consultiv for many years, for multiple sites and contracts. Kirsty has given us amazing advice and goes over and above to ensure details are spot on, with the best rates possible.

One things we would not be without is the invaluable after service Consultiv provide. Unfortunately, energy firms frequently get things wrong, invoices/credits/meter faults - we've experienced more than our fair share - however, Jon and Kirsty at Consultiv have been instrumental in contacting our energy providers, taking a lot of the stress off us, and reaching a resolution (which can take months & months!) For a small-medium business like ours, it's like having our own Utilities department!
