We contacted Paul to arranging a new front door together with soffit and facias for the front and rear of the house. Paul provided detailed estimates and information which we were happy with. We had a delay in our work due to Covid but as soon as they were able to Paul got onto our work. We were very pleased with our front door but not happy with the lock system which was different from our old one. Paul was extremely helpful in getting this changed for us. The team worked well and were on time to complete our soffits and facias. These have made a big difference as the old ones were rotting but the new ones are pvc which will save maintenance. We had a couple of little issues but Paul listened to our concerns and made sure we were happy with the end work. A very good price for very good work. Would recommend.

Double glazing and rebuild to front of our property.

After having new windows installed in August this year by a company who basically wrecked the front of our property with the wrong size windows with no support, resulting in the front sloping away from the house and all rendering cracked, I called Paul at Pro-fix Windows 07930 330838.

Paul and Adam attended our property and assessed the damage, (IT was really bad). Paul and Adam agreed to do the work and what can I say! They have totally transformed the house (please see picture). The quality of the new windows is far superior to the ones that were installed in August they was a so bad... they have done a totally amazing job. We cannot believe how nice it looks from how bad it did look. I never write reviews, but I simply had to for this service. They were there every single time on the dot as agreed and the details of the work is 1st class. if I could give 10 stars I would everything is top of the range, clean, tidy and very hard working and when we look at the front it’s like a totally new house. Paul and his son at Pro-fix created a fantastic glass extension/conservatory for us.I cannot tell you how professional and friendly they were and the end result is so much more than we expected it to be.There have been no problems of any kind and we are three months on now and have had a lot of wet weather.We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
