I use Richard at Apache Brave regularly. As a golfer (not a brilliant golfer it has to be said) and doing a sedentary job working on computers a lot I get a lot of issues with my back knotting up. Richard comes and the therapy is fantastic. Feel like Mr Bendy after he has finished. Can't recommend him enough. He also gives great advice about exercises that I can do between sessions to both build muscle and keep the flexibility. And when I remember to do them 🤣🤣 they really help.
