My son completed an intensive driving course, passed his test. Excellent service from Chilled office staff and also massive thanks to James. Chilled kept in contact regarding lessons and test dates. We would definitely recommend.

Completed an intensive course with chilled, 5 5 hour lessons + 1 shorter one directly before my test. Passed first time with only 1 minor. Friendly driving instructor, always on time. Couldn’t be happier.

"First time pass with Sam after 30 hours"

I had Sam as my instructor and passed first time after just 30 hours of lessons, starting as a complete beginner. Chilled may be one of the pricier options in Norwich, but it’s easy to see why. The lessons were taught in the latest cars, and Sam was incredibly professional, patient, and always on time. He made sure every aspect of driving was thoroughly covered, pushing me to improve without ever going beyond my limits.

I left every lesson feeling like I had learnt something new. I had a mock test with another instructor from Chilled, who was of the same high standard, which gave me extra confidence for the real test.

Thanks to Sam’s calm and encouraging teaching style, I actually looked forward to my lessons instead of dreading them. He also ensured I was taught every route I needed and I was provided with a logbook, which was really helpful in keeping track of my progress and things to improve.

Sam was always available to answer any questions I had outside of lesson time, and he was very accommodating when it came to rescheduling lessons. I couldn’t recommend Sam or Chilled more highly for anyone serious about learning to drive.

I thoroughly enjoy my learning time with chilled. Especially under the guidance of Mr Will M. His teaching is fantastic. Pushing you out of your comfort zone but keeping you within your limits. Honestly cannot praise his teaching enough, don’t think I would’ve passed without him. He explains everything very well and helps you understand the tasks without spoon feeding you. Very genuine and kindhearted man. Would seriously recommend.
