"Fantastico servizio di assistenza"

Quando si acquista online da un nuovo sito, al di là dell'oggetto che si va ad acquistare, la preoccupazione è non trovare un servizio di assistenza adeguato. Quelli di Posterlounge sono stati davvero bravi e disponibili a risolvere un problema in brevissimo tempo e in modo concreto.

"Very happy customer"

We ordered 3 large canvasses from PosterLounge and are very happy with them. They are excellent quality, with vibrant colours and they look amazing. From ordering to delivery was just over 3 weeks as they are made to order then delivered from Germany. I did email with a query about the delivery and I got a response very quickly so they are clearly on top of their Customer Service.

I recommend PosterLounge and we would certainly order again.

Arrived they were postcard sizes
Charged me 40
Utter scam

Leggendo diverse recensioni ero un pò scettica relativamente alla serietà del sito ma il desiderio di fare un determinato acquisto è stato più forte, ebbene devo dire che ho fatto benissimo ad acquistare su posterlounge. Consegna effettuata nei tempi previsti (4- 5gg dall'ordine), imballaggio perfetto, stampe di buona qualità, servizio clienti utile. In più nella confezione ricevuta ho anche trovato un buono sconto. Ripeterò sicuramente l'esperienza.

First time buyer with Posterlounge. Was thrilled with the two items purchased. Great quality product, colour sharp and appealing. Packaged first class, delivery updates very precise and delivered in pristine condition.
Very impressed , so much so, that I am ordering another four prints.

"Complete SCAM"

Complete SCAM, please do not purchase anything from this company. I paid £42 and thought something was odd when I didn’t receive a confirmation email. I followed this up with an email, message to their Twitter account and attempted to call using the fake number on their website. NO RESPONSE!!!

I ordered two posters however when I didn’t receive them by the confirmed delivery date, I reached out to them and they informed me that the posters had been damaged and are now being reposted. There was ZERO communication received from them. I’ve requested a full refund and cancelled the order, as I no longer think this is a legit company. Be careful ❗️

Obwohl die Lieferung durch den Lieferdienst beschädigt wurde, zeigte sich die Effizienz der Mitarbeiter von Posterlounge. Die Ware konnte umgehend ohne Probleme ausgetauscht werden. Bravo und nochmals vielen Dank!

Fantastische poster besteld voor een redelijke prijs. Duurde wel een maand voor hij bezorgd werd (hadden ze wel gemeld), anders vijf sterren, maar prachtige poster in nette lijst. Prima!
