"Good experience from Car.co.uk not staff member "

Overall a fast experience on Car.co.uk's point of view. However pick up wasn't the best. I can understand that I was late for the appointment (this being because I lived 1hr away from where my car had broke down and stuck in general countryside traffic)
But then staff member who came to collect my vehicle was rude and very abrupt.
His tone of voice was disgusting. Dragged the car onto the truck, took a few photos and told me to get gone, said no point of me hanging around. He had to get home to his wife.

Not a great experience and would probably use again providing the same staff member wasn't used.

Staff member used was David. Drove from Blackburn I believe he said.
