Took some time but they gave me what i ordered and threw in a gift thst went with one of my items i was misjudging they are alright

Should be more like a 0 star rating. I ordered with them over three weeks ago 3/15/19 and I still haven't recieved my package. The order number does not work to track down your purchase, and no one ever picks up the customer service line.

"ITS A SCAM"

THE WORST ... it’s a complete SCAM!!!! I oreded from them on 3/4/19 didn’t get a tracking number until 3/23 that I had to email them over 3 times for. The website states you will receive your items within 8-10 days.. they hadn’t even sent it off until 2 1/2 weeks later. I receive this tracking number and my items have been sent and delivered to an address in CA. I’ve been emailing for about 3 days now wanting my money back and of course ZERO response. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS! PERIOD

Scam. They said exchanges are free, no hassle. The exchange link on website doesn't work & we've been going back & forth for 5 days. They just keep sending me the same email over & over again..... says dear, please show me the item you order. I've given the order number & I sent them the item 3 times....disputing with my bank.

Worst store to shop from, i received my order last month, wrong item and if i wanted to return it expenses will run by me, no it shouldn't not my fault you guys send the wrong item, the item i really wanted it's sold out completely and they don't wanna give me my money back, according to them they want me to take something else, we've been on this back and forth since January, freaking scam, irresponsible, customer service is the worst 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Fraudulent advertising u don’t get your products in 8-12 business days, I ordered on 1/11/19 didn’t get a tracking number until today1/23/19 which is from China, the Chinese website said that it will take 4 weeks for delivery, friggen ridiculous, they put a California address on there website to fool us. The products are coming from China which will take over a month to get. There is no phone number for them only email. Do not buy from them please

still trying to get an authorization code to return all items which came from 2 different addresses in CHINA and the California address Suite #109 does not seem to pop up in google maps. #107 does but 109 does not. Took forever to get to me and now I can't get a hold of anyone to give me an authorization code and a real return address.
