I owe my new lease-of-life to Mr PAUL CULPAN (LIPS): after 2 hip replacements within 4 months, I am pain-free and have regained fullest mobility! As a professional footballer it was very important to get my operation on a broken tibia just right...Mr Culpan reassured me from the very beginning he would get me back no problem. I was naturally worried about surgery. Assumed it was a knee problem, but e-rays showed it to be the right hip. Had the Total Hip Replacement surgery & have noticed a significant improvement in my mobility. Pain & discomfort are at a minimum & only slight fatigue after exercising. No need for pain relief medication, the wound has healed up nicely & with the aid of the physiotherapy sessions, I am almost back to a normal active life. Having the operation was definitely one of the best decisions I have ever made. Mr Paul Harnett made the whole experience painless.

"New Right Hip"

I cannot say honestly that I was really looking forward to this experience but six weeks after the operation I am already seeing huge improvements in my mobility. No pain at all from my pre-operation situation and almost no pain from the procedure itself which only comes from the exercises that I have been given by my physiotherapist. But no pain no gain. Not felt the need for any pain relief tablets for more than three weeks.
So if you need it do it, I really feel that I am getting my old life back.

Mister Culpan and his Staff were outstanding in every respect. The unrivaled hands-on experience and medical know-how provided by Mister Culpan make him, in my opinion, the "go-to" Surgeon in the UK and abroad for any procedures pertaining to the knee and/or hip -especially complicated ones.

Even though I am based in NYC with access to some of the best Surgeons in the World, there was only one choice that made sense to me and that was to have Mister Culpan undertake the procedure (repair a severely torn meniscus). Today, I am functioning at 100% of my capacity, even better than before, with no complications whatsoever, pre or post Surgery.

For my total knee replacement, I chose Miss Homa Arshad. What a revelation compared to the old style “all boys club” surgeons. She’s a delightful woman and a fantastic surgeon. I have not had any knee pain since the surgery, not even in the healing of the actual scar/wound itself. I would highly recommend Miss Arshad for her techniques and care and bedside manner.
