"Never received item and huge problems trying to get refund."

This company will take your money and never dispatch your item. They’ve taken £168 from me and ignored every call, email and social media message weeks. Even though I can see they’ve read the messages.
Update: got my refund after over a month of asking for it. Never got an actual response.
