Very knowledgeable staff, especially for Asia travel. They always help cater to our specific needs and requests and work to find best routes, connections, and price. We've been using Andy and his team (mostly Donna) for over 15 years and many of our friends have as well. It sure beats navigating through all the internet sites especially when taking long flights to Asia.

"The hotel is very nice"

The hotel is very nice. Apparently it opened in the fall of 2017, it does not look that new but could be because of the salt water and winds. The staff are very friendly. Even though you may have to wait a minute for your drinks, just remember you are on vacation. I was great.
