When told my monthly payment I was told to speak with the financial company and they told me that is decided at the dealership by the dealer.

Just bought a Passat from them late June. I bought the extended warranty and everything. The car has had some window mechanical issues and then also the door cable broke and I had to pay $300 to get it fixed. The warranty didn’t cover it and Easterns was unwilling to cover even a penny of the cost. 0/10 recommend buying from here.

Had to endure 3 different "purchases" for 1 vehicle due to error after error after error. OnStar was never activated and a year later I still don't have OnStar activated. Why ? because they are absolutely impossible to get in touch with after the sale. I've tried until I gave up.
