Graeme is passionate about the subject and uses his in-depth knowledge and experience to share the real world application of Agile PM. He is keen to ensure everyone understands the fundamentals of the subject and is able to apply the theory in practice.

To achieve this, Graeme adapts his teaching approach to suit the needs of his cohort - often using 1 on 1 breakout rooms to overcome challenging topic areas and adjusting group exercises to encourage applying the practices in real world business scenarios.

Overall, I would say this is a worthwhile course and provides real business value.

Very challenging experience but we had the best trainer anyone could ask for. I would like to say a big thank you to our trainer Greame Howell who literally held our hands through the training and went over & above to make sure we all had the tools we needed to pass 10/10

"Hard course, but worth it"

Agile PM practitioner is difficult course and exam itself is difficult, questions are tricky and it is not enough just to have a knowledge, which is the point of the practitioner - one is expected to demonstrate they could apply the knowledge, not just remember the content. However, our trainer have managed to train everyone on the course to the level of passing the exam and it was evident after each day how much more comfortable everyone were the course and exam. Meaning that trainer have definitely added a lot of value and helped to not only understand the course material for the exam, but learn it for practical application in everyday projects.

I have completed both my Agile foundation (in person)and practitioner (virtually) with Graeme, a supportive and knowledgeable coach willing to go the extra mile for all learners!
Even whilst being virtual Graeme did not let this impact the quality and interaction encouraged throughout the course.
I would highly recommend these courses and Graeme as a coach!

I have just completed both the Agile Foundation and Practitioner courses back to back with Graeme Howell as our facilitator.

I really appreciated the way he presented the material. He is very supportive and patient, even when some don't come fully prepared for the day.

I really enjoyed my training course with BMLI & Graeme. He has a brilliant training style, with lots of interaction with delegates. It was well suited to Zoom, with a good number of breaks and time away from the screen built in. We were tested & encouraged in equal measures and I felt well prepared to sit the exam at the end of the course. It would be great to see an AgilePgM Practitioner level course be developed in the future to provide a more practical application of the Foundation material.

"Excellent course"

Excellent course, allows for all levels and all roles to gain a good understanding into the Agile way of working. I am not a Project Manager, but was able to gain good insight into how projects should be or could be run better within my environment - I got some good takeaways from it. Course instructor (Graeme) was thorough, helpful and mindful of the varying levels of the attendees, "a celebration of learning" approach, really gave me the motivation to succeed. Thank You!

Had a very good experience on the Agile PM Foundation course. We covered a lot of content over the 2 days and the trainer made sure to keep things interactive by encouraging regular breakout sessions to help us discuss the information taught which I found useful.
