"SCAM"

SCAM. FRAUD. Am trying to get repair done right now and no one to talk to other than answering service who says they know nothing and will pass on message. No one ever calls back and no one responds to emails. Have submitted everything to them as contract says and they will not communicate, hence my vehicle is sitting at service center not being worked on.... this place should be out of business as they are stealing premiums from customers.... don't expect to be able to use the warranty when the day comes. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

"Titan-Absolute Frauds"

My husband and I purchased an extended warranty for both our cars July 2021. We paid our deposit and had been paying our monthly payments on both cars since July 2021 without missing a payment.

Our Ford needed the steering gear and power steering pump replaced. ------ Ford in ----- CA replaced these parts and submitted the 3100.00 claim on Sept 8th 2022 via email as requested by Titan Auto Warranty. When ----- Ford did not hear back from Titan they followed up with Titan by calling 2-3 times and re-submitting the claim. After several attempts, ------ Ford then reached out to us explaining they had not heard back. That is when my husband & I called approximately 15 times only to get a calling service stating they would forward the message. When asked to speak directly to a supervisor the call center stated they did not have a number for us to call. When asked how they get the messages to Titan, the call center said it was put in a database. My husband, myself nor ----- Ford have had a return call, email or any type of correspondence from Titan Auto Warranty regarding the repairs.
Titan will most likely respond to this by saying I am not in the system and I am referring to the wrong company. My husband and I have different last names which I have clarified with them many times. Their response each time is that they won't speak to me bc I am not in the system (but they took the automatic payment that was from a joint account). The issue has still unresolved and we are out 5000 dollars. The absolute worst company I have ever (not) done business with.

"My truck has been in the shop since…"

My truck has been in the shop since Friday, 01/20/23. The dealership contacted you goys on Monday, 01/23/23. You responded and said you would send somebody out or review it. Tuesday you asked for pictures of my vehicle, probably as a way of trying to get out of the claim. You were supplied with the pictures, and to my knowledge have not responded to yet. How long am I supposed to be without a vehicle? The contract purchased stated you cover the engine and air conditioning, so what is the hold up? I also have rental car coverage, which I'm not sure how to get. But it looks like it will take you as long or longer to approve my claim, as the rental car coverage you offer. This in my opinion is not very good business practice.

It is now 02/01/23, still no approval or denial from company. On 01/28 I sent representative from Tita a copy of my contract. He sent it to the adjuster, who in turn asked for more info from service writer at dealership. I am still waiting for their decision, and having to arrange different rides to get to work. How F-ing hard is it, to tell me yes or no on your repairs and rental car coverage. NO IMPRESSED WITH THEIR LACK OF RESPONSE, AND SH---Y CUSTOMER SERVICE

"SCAMMER COMPANY"

I bought policy from them last year and they have been responding until the day I had to file a claim. The day my repair shop sent them estimate, no one is answering the calls not even responding to emails and infact emails are bouncing back after i left car at the repair shop. I have paid for powertrain plus and costed me around 3100. Scott was the agent who sold me. They are fooling us by taking our hard-earned money, I have full proof for their response, names used, text msgs from the number mentioned on the website. If given negative stars I will get their faces graffiti, they are scamming luring our hard-earned money. I will be emailing all the details with screen shots of email sent by them with text msgs response and bounced back emails, call records to AG NM, they can't deny I don't hold policy with them as they have replied already how to file for claims. Infact my repair shop is also proof they have replied

"Fraud Fraud Fraud"

Fraud Fraud Fraud! My policy #30669 purchased in July 2021 for $2240 is not even good toilet paper. I submitted a claim on September 26, 2022 and did it exactly per their policy requirements, which are onerous. Specifically, I called them from the car on 9/26/22 when “ Check Engine Light” came on and their partner in crime, Gabbyville, a Tennessee-based answering service, directed me to send estimate by email to them which Carson City Hyundai did later that day. Dealer warned me immediately they had never heard of this outfit and be prepared to pay for it myself. Three days later, ten or more phone calls, multiple emails without a reply, and I was paying $3487 to the auto dealer. Titan Auto Warranty never replied to me. They never replied to calls from the car dealer ( who were terrific and sympathetic) and I just received back from post office a “ refused to collect” certified letter I had mailed to Titan Auto Warranty address in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
They are fraudulently displaying a BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU logo which was revoked in 2021, and are under investigation by the New Mexico Attorney General Consumer Insurance Department. I am suing them in Small Claims Court. I have 100% of the documentation I’ve listed above; do not believe any reply they post that I am a competitor. Just check with the N.M. BBB or Attorney General, but I hope I’ve made my point by now.

"Life saver"

Very helpful after Quality Chevy in Escondido back out of selling me another extended warranty after agreeing to. Found this company online, told them my situation and they bent over backwards to help. Purchase was great we will have to see when and if I need to use it. Price was great and they work with all major car manufacturers

"I had a claim of $550"

I had a claim of $550. Nobody told me, not even Scott who sold it to me, that you had to tell Titan the upfront costs and where it would be done. I called one that was done and they denied me the $550. So I didn’t know and I wasn’t not told. And I suffered.
