We have used Blinds Direct several times in the past without any problem.
However response to our first problem leaves room for improvement.
GDPR is taken too far as they will only speak to placer of order and spouse who was fitting blinds even though we were only reporting a manufacturing problem which didn’t involve any customer information apart from Sales Order which was already given.
Then took 2 days for suggested solution which was a fix it yourself
