"Wrong floor"

Do not use, bunch of cowboys. Installed the wrong floor. Complained to them they haven't answered,they've blocked me, lost 734 pound, on closer inspection floor wasn't even installed properly, I was able to lift it away by hand as it had only been glued around the edges by what kind of glue I do not know, try to get it resolved nicely at the start but they don't bother and once they've got the money they don't care. If you want to lose money and time go ahead and use this company otherwise even if more pricey use a different company.

"Laying carpets"

Laying carpets. I really can’t say enought about these guys they literally go above and beyond what i ever expected, not only are they respectful, professional and well mannered they work fast and don’t leave unless you are 100% happy with the work they’ve done. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. I can’t forget the girl in the shop, she makes you feel very welcome and will heip you with any questions you might have with regards to what you’re looking for. When alls said and done im 100% happy with my experience with TJ’s. Thank you guys.

I ordered an orthopaedic mattress online on Saturday, I had confirmation, and a suggested delivery date for today .
They phoned to check it was ok to come this morning, 2,very pleasant guys turned up , delivered the mattress;,wrapped and removed my old one, for recycling, I always prefer independent companies, and this one is a good example- hopefully a good nights sleep tonight

This company has nothing to do with the Chinese fraudsters as I mentioned in earlier post ,and who operate under TJ WAREHOUSESALE....so enjoy your experience with them.

the people there are very pleasant and very helpful and their products are really good I bought a mattress from them last year and its so good that yesterday I called them again and ordered another for my son their service is fantastic

"Pleasure to deal with"

I always assumed this was a very small shop with very little stock, but I was very wrong. They cram so many varieties of beds onto a few floors & the sales woman was a pleasure to deal with. Normally I don’t like salespeople, but they showed me all the different types of beds with no pressure or nonsense. Would recommend.
