I have been using Image Point annually for 7 years.

I run an electrical apprenticeship program and every year we order the apprentices (roughly 140) Christmas gifts. This year I chose to order ball caps with our logo on them. I wanted to be sure they were American made, and they were. Ryan at image point was great at helping me through the ordering of these gifts and making sure I would have them before our Christmas party.
We received the hats and they looked great, but the snapbacks on several of the hats busted when the apprentices went to adjust them. Ryan and Image point customer service were absolutely on top of getting this resolved for me. Their communication was fantastic and they knew how to make a customer happy!
They replaced the broken hats with new ones, and even fixed the damaged ones for free.
I would highly recommend Image Point. Ryan and their customer service could not have been any better!

Image Pointe has been one of our favorite vendors to work with. We order thousands of shirts from them each year. The new Dignity Apparel line of clothing is extremely high quality, and the fact that it is 100% UNION MADE is amazing. We love supporting this awesome company. Mike is always a pleasure to work with, and he truly goes above and beyond to make sure the whole process goes smoothly. And in the event there is an issue, he is proactive and provides different solutions to resolve the problem. Anyone else we've dealt with from the company has been extremely nice and helpful. There aren't too many Union/USA Made companies that do it better than Image Pointe, PERIOD!!
