I am delighted to leave a review of my recent experience of having solar panels installed by fec renewables. i started this project mistakenly thinking the best approach would be to have the job undertaken by one of the large energy suppliers. i chose two. One was very expensive and the second i lost faith in after three months of trying to arrange survey and installation dates. so i tried Fec renewables. to my amazement the the survey and installation date was sorted by one of their representatives in less than a one hour visit. The price was very competitive also. From that point on going ahead with the project I was kept informed at every point. The Guys doing the installation were very well trained, on time and answered every question i had going forward. the installation took a single day and within 24h (even though it was a bank holiday weekend) I had a fully working system and importantly for me free electricity Finally they have been extremely helpful since installation in ensuring I get the most out my system

From initial enquiry to final commissioning, Oliver and his work colleagues have been informative, accommodating, professional, friendly and reliable. Everything has been organised, installed and commissioned in an efficient, professional manor from scaffolding, Electrical installation of the Givenergy ecosystem consisting of EV charger, hybrid inverter, battery storage solution and the Trina PV panels. I'm very impressed with the information provided within the proposal, my questions answered throughout the process and the value for money installation especially with the quality of products installed!

Had an air source heating system fitted in Jan 2024.
From start to finish, all has run smoothly and efficiently. Installers turned up on the day they said and left the house tidy when they left each day. I`ve gone from living in a fridge to a lovely warm home. After service and communication after the install has been first class.
Would highly recommend.

Fec Renewables came and fitted my solar system I had a 3.6kw inverter and 5.2kw battery installed. The lads that came and fitted it all were very professional kept good communication with how everything was going and couldn’t fault them on anything they did. I would highly recommend Fec Renewables to anyone who is looking into solar.

Initial contact and installation was fine, however follow support had been sporadic and now I cannot get any contact from either two contacts that I have from FEC in helping for admin completion or the boxing being completed on the battery.

Quite a shame as we are looking at further panels being fitted next year but have to now go elsewhere.

I wished I’d not gone with the cheapest quote and done more research on the installation this company offers.
I’ve given up and got a reputable company in the rectify my installation so it complies with MCS standards and fixed their cut corner approach to save money.

"Having waited almost a year"

Having waited almost a year, to no avail , for E.on to fulfill the order I gave them for a Solar PV System in July 2022, I decided to try a different supplier. Having done a fair bit of research I contacted FEC Renewables of Doncaster. It was like a breath of fresh air! From the first phone call to installation took three weeks. Their attention to detail was brilliant. Their prices very reasonable, and their engineers exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough and suggest that anyone thinking of Solar, give these guys a call! You won’t be disappointed.
