"HORRIBLE!"

Waste of time! They will take your money and will be almost impossible to contact, they will ignore and seemingly always be on a lunch break. They will take forever to get back to you via email. They failed to check the documents for our visa application and therefore lead to our visa being refused. Just can't express how terrible the whole experience has been. After contacting the home office, we have been officially advised to avoid this solicitor as they rarely have a successful case. AVOID!!
