I have had a pretty good experience with this Web Hosting company. I think their support is good and i have always been assisted promptly whenever i need help.

Worst service ever, everything else we could forgive but losing every communication and not being able to get it restored by your host is literally the worst thing that can ever happen and it happened to us. Your customer service pathetic! I mean it's non existent!! You don't answer on Live chat, support tickets and u don't even bother to answer your phones that goes ringing and ringing. Worse, you don't cooperate when someone things of moving on. This is the worst service ever!
