"Messed up too many times."
Unfortunately these guys messed up too many times for me. Wrong vape sent. Bad mixes and inconsistent flavours. They also don't reply to emails. It started so well, but unfortunately they just couldn't keep it up.
Their vape worries me as it's all different colours and never tastes the same - especially the ice mint!

"Initial issues now resolved to my satisfaction"
If there was an option of no stars I'd use it.....I recently received an order of 15 10ml bottles from this company. 11 boxed and 4 unboxed. when I started to remove the bottles it was immediately apparent that the bottles were filled to different level. So I unpacked the other 11 bottles and lined them up and the were all different markedly different from most filled to least filled, so I took photos of the bottles so that anyone could see the difference. I then phoned the company and spoke to a guy called Jack, he put me on hold whilst he spoke to his managers, and then came back with maybe the bottles that were filed the most were end of batch. I couldn't accept this rebuttal, as there was such a difference in the fill levels. So he gave the names of his managers Liam and Max and suggested that I email them with the pics, as they were very quick to respond to issues, which I did. Needless to say I had no response. So I called the next day, spoke to Jack again, only to find no-one had even read my email. Which he then did and then agreed with me that there was a marked difference. He then intimated that he would speak to his managers show them the email and get them to respond. Yet by the end of the day yet again this hadn't happened. At the present moment I am in the process of trying to find an email address for Ashley Bird the CEO so that I can inform him of my issue and the way it is or rather it isn't being handled by his Customer Services team. If I found those details, and not heard from back from Customer services I shall invoke my rights under The Consumer Contracts Regulations, June 2014 and send my delivery back and request a full refund including the cost of Shipping.. Needless to say I only recommend that vapers give this company a very wide birth as there are a heap of better companies out there. I cant speak in terms of the quality of the Medusa product but the quantities leave more than a lot to be desired, and the aftersales service is shockingly poor.
I'm now adjusting review as Medusa Management have now been in contact, and reviewed the issue, which has now been successfully resolved to my satisfaction. At this juncture I cannot comment on the product as I've yet to sample. With that said as long as the flavours are suitable to my palette I know have the confidence to deal with Medusa again, with the knowledge that if there are any issues there is a support model in place to resolve these in a timely manner

"2,5 months, and yet no samples."
Was trying to become reseller of Medusa Juice, and told with a sales consultant over mail, for 2,5 months, and was expecting aprox. 10 samples of juice, but it never arrived.
Each time I try to contact the company, it takes over 14 days to reply my messages, and from this moment on, I'm gonna find another supplier for this.
On behalf of this experience, I cannot recommend this firm. Seems like my form of contact to the firm, has been taken for granted.

"Excellence"
I have ordered several different Vapes in different ranges and sizes and they have always been excellent tasting, very well packed and shipped promptly. A few times I had questions and they were always answered quickly and politely by the staff at Medusa Juice. I love everything I have tried and will continue ordering more flavours to add to my collection. With the great prices at Medusa, I can afford to try a lot more Vapes. I like to have variety so this is fantastic for me. Two thumbs up from me, Medusa Juice!

"How long are the delivery times"
I placed an order with a friend on Wednesday night (15/02/17) and it is now Monday night (20/02/17) we have still not received any liquid and I was wondering how long it will take get to me (Northern Ireland) as any time I have ordered off another website it has only been 2-5 days. Thanks for any feedback you can offer.

"Ok apart from delivery"
I bought a range of juices to try. All of which were in the sale for £1, so I'm not sure if I'll buy again if the prices are higher.
However, they use the notoriously unreliable UK Mail for their deliveries, which isn't great.
I know that it's not Medusa Juice at fault for the late delivery that I experienced, but UK Mail notified me that my order would be delivered on Friday - after a no-show, I emailed UK Mail and was told that the driver didn't put my order on his van that morning, so it would be delivered the next day.
No issues with this, as fortunately I was going to be in, but I won't be buying from Medusa Juice again because they use UK Mail.

"First order was excited but was let down"
Orderd £39 of liquid was said to be sent first class one week later still no liquid will be ringing paypal for a refund and try to get in contact with medusa but so far not a happy costomer.

"High VG ejuice"
Absolutely love Medusas own range of ejuices! Best flavour I've had so far, especially the high VG range. The fact they are also diacetyl free is an added bonus. Keep up the good work guys, looking forward to trying the other flavours in your range!
