Can’t fault the customer service and communication of this firm at all, they were very helpful and accommodating. I bought a watch for my sons birthday and I had had it for at least a month before hand, I knew when I gave him it it wasn’t the one he wanted so I got in touch with Jonathan’s watches to see if I could have an exchange. They were very helpful willing to do so. Very easy and not stressful at all, and they kept I touch all the way. Thank you so much for making my son smile. He is over the moon with his watch. many thanks for all your help and co-operation .

My watch broke and they replaced it for free only had to pay for delivery, came within a few days just had to contact via whatsapp, very good

Worst customer experience ever!
They don’t provide a link when the product it s shipped to be able to follow the delivery and if I asked where is the product they sent me a picture like a proof of delivery but in front of another house! Not able to get in touch at all!
