"Unethical Business Practices – Non-Payment for Services"

We had a highly disappointing experience with Zazz.io. Despite successfully delivering our agreed-upon services, the company has delayed payment for over six months and is now refusing to settle their outstanding balance.

We have made multiple attempts to resolve this professionally, but our efforts have been ignored. This lack of integrity and accountability is deeply concerning, and I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before engaging with this company.

A business that does not honour its financial commitments is not one you can trust. I hope they take responsibility and resolve this matter soon.

zazz helped us out with a staff argumentation project which upscaled our business operations. The team communicated well and helped us understand the project well enough. Delivery was quicker than expected. Highly recommended.

Please give the company no money. U lost over 80000 EUR.No they delete my account and took all my money. CS was very unpolite. At is a trick. I have a cooy of all the documents and whats app message. Every time I had to pay more ans CS told me Yi will get back within 15 min. Don't give the money this company. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I lost evrything. I have to go to the german consul in SF and ask for help and to the police, criminal department and I have to go to lawyer company as well.may be i find on socisl media, some preople who happened the same. I have to fight for my money. Don't trust ZAZZ

"Zazz blog is a real scam"

Zazz blog is a real scam, I've lost my money, when negative amount keeps come up, I couldn't pay it , and I didn't finish the task, as a result I couldn't withdraw £ 2000+ that I payed earlier I. I couldn't even give this criminal app one stars , zero stars will be my option. Please don’t give this people your money!!! I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

I am using it for a one Month. It's a scam. Once you are stuck you can't get your Money back. I have roughly 60000 usdt in it. I have completed all my Tasks. I have been told that if I complete my Tasks I ll get my Money back within 15 Minutes. It's been more than 2 days they are saying you need to deposit 8844.89 Usdt Merchant's Subsidy in Zazz Account. But I was told I don't have to pay that amount. They keep changing their Rules. I ll rate it Minus Stars.

Working with the team of Zazz was an overwhelming experience. The entire project was divided into small steps, and the work was done in a stepwise manner. Most importantly, each step was completed within the specified deadline without any delay. Each of the team members of zazz is an expert in their field. They have in-depth knowledge in whatever they are doing, and hence results are always excellent.
The initial phase of the project was the discovery phase. The phase included feature listing, developing wireframes, and creating user stories. The next phase was the creation of the design. A software called Figma was used to create designs. Then the architecture was set up, the design was integrated, smart contracts were developed, and API was integrated using React Javascript. The penultimate step was quality analysis and, finally, production deployment. It was done using Kubernetes to run Continuous Integration or Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipelines.

The project took a little more time to complete than what was committed, but the client expected such a delay because many complexities were involved. The app was completed within the fixed budget.



The client is delighted with the work done by zazz team and praised their expertise and designing skills. The app is life in the play store is currently trending high. The client recommends them highly to friends and colleagues.

It was challenging to manage inventory, accounting, and sales for my traditional business. I discussed with many software companies, but I selected Zazz because they understood the business in detail and presented a proper roadmap before starting the project. I didn't provide Zazz with many directions except my problem areas, and they helped us design the software from start to finish.

They are excellent from a project management standpoint. Zazz followed agile methodology and delivered the project on time. They don't overpromise on their deliverables, and they consistently find solutions to our concerns.
