What a fraud- Universal Adviser Immigration! They do nothing but cheating, all the ratings provided in the reviews are paid one pls don’t get fooled by the ratings.

Initially they will coordinate with you very promptly until the payment is made and they will assign you a fake case manager to engage you and their fake documentation process starts. They’ll say fake things like they are registered with ICCRC and have own Immigration Lawyer from Canada and convince you that they’re the coordinators for all countries (HR). Trust me people they will provide you every document to make you believe. Pls do not fall on this trap. Be aware and safe your hard earned money.

I am the mother of one of their clients by the name of Himanshu Chaudhary. I would like to share that the kind of services given by Universal Advisors has been bad on many levels. I remember that my son was very excited to apply for Canada PR process. I was hopeful that he will soon be flying to Canada and start his new life, but then he told me that some of the people at this company did not give proper services. The preparation of IELTS exam was very poor and the concerned person kept changing, which even led to miscommunication, to one person asking my son, do you know the full form of IELTS. Before this also, the application that was to be put up in many provinces, or Express Entry, could only be put up in one province. If they took the money to give services and promised we will try our best to have the application processed in many states, why did they not do anything after that one application. And the behaviour from some members who insulted my son discouraged him to pursue the exam further. Now, when he has given an honest review, they are saying we will give proper services of IELTS training and put the application on hold. What is the point of all this lost time of more than a year that got wasted because they did not perform their duties properly. I have seen the world for more than 70 years and it really looks like these people only wanted money for services. After that, they will not do as promised and also ignore their clients. The people who talked initially are out of the scene later. They are the ones who make promises,but the case goes to other people who keep changing, and the file is lost or they do it intentionally, we don't know. My experience with Universal Advisors has been of high level of frustration and regret. Till the time, they don't have you on board they keep giving good services by constantly being in touch, answering all your questions, having the meetings online or offline. But once we are their client they show the real faces. None of the things that they promised during the on boarding time have been up held true. I applied for Canada for which they said that they will give IELTS training but that training never happened properly. Their employees who would be the trainers kept changing and every time another person was held incharge, they didn't bother to give the assignments on time, nor give the feedback on time. They did not even have time to send emails confirming the receiving of assignments from our side. Regarding the application process they had said that they will go for express entry or the provincial program and they also promised that they will try to find some other programs as well because Canada keeps coming with many immigration programs but they only applied for one province, the one in which I was not even interested in going and after that their work was over. They did not give the training, did not apply to any other programs and my file just kept rotting. Whenever I tried to contact the people who had initially talked to me they never pick up the phone, they did not reply to my emails and if I send someone in there office thay did not even meet there. Whenever we go to their office the person we need to meet is always in a meeting and we are taken on a ride by a person we have not even spoken once. This is how their functioning is and I completely regret giving them my hard earned money, which is now totally wasted. I would highly recommend you to not trust these scamsters because they will make big big promises but do nothing at all. Universal advisor are just fraud. They have good marketing team which give you fake promises and miss guide you. In starting they will tell you that your marks are good enough for visa. After submitting money they will not pick your phone. Their staff changes every month. Don’t go for universal advisor.
