Product arrived with a small damage from transportation. I called and spoke with Ivan in customer service and he was very helpful. He stayed on the line while I submitted the proof ensuring that I documented everything correctly. He expedited my complaint and ensured that a resolution was promptly made.

Believe the reviews, and beware. My son placed an order late last week. He received an email stating that the billing and shipping address didn't match (which was not accurate, they match). In order to verify, bodykits.com is requesting he send a picture of his ID and credit card. Of the thousands of online orders I've personally made, I've never been asked to provide information like this. I guess providing his social security card was deemed a little too risky?!? After speaking with a "supervisor", I was told the only way to cancel the order was to send them an email. I guess talking to me live on the phone, on a recorded line, will not suffice. So now we wait and will be ordering the parts from a more legitimate company. Don't trust this company, something just doesn't seem right...
After seeing the response below from bodykits.com, I can appreciate the caution taken. He's had that email for years, maybe you are just seeing when he created an account with you? He did place the order while we were on vacation. That said, the form of fraud verification is not sound, and you should consider changing your policy. Asking for a picture of ID and the CC is not a safe way of verification, especially when email is dependent to do other things like cancelling an order. Which is the second point. The support line is worthless if no one there can solve any problems. Over a secure recorded line, I wasn't even able to cancel the order? It's a shame that something that could have been resolved so easily has created a pain in the butt for me and a lost customer for you.

Wring part and wrong year. Total stupidity and it is fiberglass not plastic with cheap screening(not ordered) and many , many problems.. Just junk and
worthless part from this company to say the least. Two months of waiting...anyone reading this just order from somewhere else or anywhere else...Then you wont be upset as the rest of us are.. company does not need to be in business.

"How dare you people we ordered 2 clear…"
How dare you people we ordered 2 clear reflectors for an LS 400 and that was on April 14th and we're waiting the cost was over $67.00, and we've heard nothing 'Crickets' we've tried to contact someone anyone but zero? We've waited on hold in vain... I promise this much that this company will either refund my money or get my husbands lens' to us, Or they'll wish they had. Some people know people whom can and will take matters into their hands and do what it takes to get the job done. Your dealing with innocent consumers whom have unwittingly come upon your site. Pure bad luck.. How do you look at yourselves in the mirror. I believe in doing the right thing. Too bad your morally bankrupt. I hope you people close your doors! or grow up and do what's right. If you can't get the job done then please quit ripping innocent people off.

"This company is such a scam"
This company is such a scam. I bought a item for my son based off the description and the photos. They sent a completely different bumper then described. They also have horrible customer service trying to get anything resolved. Please don't buy from them.... So update here. Just seen the response from them. Yes I am upset that it did needed to be modified. But I am way past that now. The actual quality of this bumper is such trash . There's a 2 inch gap between my tail light and the top of the bumper. Let me guess I am supposed to modify that as well. Plus when you go modify it and place the cut outs where a actual M3 stlye would be . Like it the photos of # 106080. Which is impossible to look like with what they send you. But when you try... You find cracks and big holes all over that they tried to cover with there primer. If anyone would like to see photos please let me know and you can judge for yourself. I found another company online that has the actual M3 style bumpers with the quad tips cutout's for $300.00 including shipping. Definitely don't waste your time with this company

I had a couple" hiccups" between a couple manufacturer issues, and a horrible customer service experience with one of their reps at first then Ivan came along and took my situation into his own care as if it was his own. He had been extraordinary through out this process thus far and has to be one of BKs greater assets. I appreciate Ivan. You don't find Customer service like that just anywhere. I give Ivan 5 stars personally and will rate again later once my process is complete. :)

"bad customer service and bad precut job"
My friend and I bought 2 trunks and 1 hood from bodykits. We decided to go pick up in person. Upon picking it up, one of the trunks (they were all wrapped) had a huge tear in the wrap and exposed the trunk which had scratch marks. I brought it up to the worker and he went and got a new one in the back. I found this alarming since usually if I was working there and I saw this (giving it to someone that just bought it from me) I wouldn't start off by trying to give a broken trunk.
We took the trunks and the hoods home and we upon installation, we realized that most of the pre cup holes in the garnish and trunk were done incorrectly. The predrilled holes on the holes were also off.
I emailed bodykits and explained to them that I didn't feel like I got what I paid for (keep in mind we just paid over $1,500.00 for this) and I explained my situation but no one ever got back to me.
