Ordered a big box of Bio D washing powder which has been my go to washing powder for years now. It arrived the following day which was super quick.

When my order was not delivered by the courier (Parcelforce) I contacted Bio-D, and they were very efficient and helpful - and apologetic, even though the problem was not their fault at all.
I am happy to say that, through Bio-D's efforts, the goods I ordered were eventually delivered by Parcelforce.

For me, there was no urgency, so I'd have preferred to have the option to not have express 24 hr delivery; standard delivery time would have kept down the cost of my £13.48 order and would have been acceptable. Whereas with delivery charge the total cost to me was £21.43
