Pleased with the service - new laptop battery, laptop running very well for past couple of weeks. Mr dweeb also cleaned the insides/cooling system - which was a bit expensive but I guess worth it.

I had a 5pm emergency as my daughter’s phone had stopped working due to extensive water damage - and she was set to go on a week-long school trip the following morning.
