"I have been taking Chuckling Goat Kefir…"

I have been taking Chuckling Goat Kefir for the last four months, and it has done wonders for helping my mental health. I am a lot calmer, and less anxious, and I would recommend a daily dose of Kefir for everybody! not only is my mental health improved, but also, I didn't get any colds or flu this last wiinter, which is another huge bonus.

"Not the same quality that it used to be"

I used chuckling goat on and off years ago when the kefir was raw / unpasteurised and it was a miracle drink! Resolved all of my gut issues and skin issues, I recommended it to clients and friends all the time.
Sadly since they started pasteurising the kefir I no longer feel any noticeable benefits when taking it. The kefir itself is completely different quality to what it used to be — it used to take a few days to fully get a bottle opened because it was so fizzy and alive! I wondered why the kefir was so different and so reached out to them and they confirmed they now pasteurise the goat milk (heat at very high temperatures to destroy the natural microbes and bacteria). Really sad and unfortunate as they were the only raw goat milk kefir on the market and it’s now impossible to find kefir of the previous quality and effectiveness!

This kefir is amazing, fizzy with slight cheesey undertones.it is nothing like you buy in the shops,this is medicine!
I have only been using it for a few days.i have it half an hour before my breakfast.
My gut is very happy ,reduced bloating and (excuse the details, but I think it can be helpful to others) my stools are larger and more firm.
Not only is the kefir awesome, the customer service is exceptional. I had a question and it was answered by Leah immediately. Very helpful and informative.
I would highly recommend chuckling goat as a company, and if you have any gut issues, and even if you don't,this medicine will benefit you.
