I cannot fault OKS, the service they provided was excellent. I was very apprehensive ordering on line but it was worth it considering the amount of money I saved. Holly was very patient in the planning stage and gave me a lot of help, the quality of the units couldn't have been better, my kitchen fitter was impressed. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and can't believe it all went so smoothly with not 1 problem.

The customer service throughout was brilliant. From the original designs to the alterations we had to make while building our extension. Delivery dates were moved without issue due to hold ups on site

All came pre built which makes the installation much easier, would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their kitchen.

"Independant Kitchen Fitter own kitchen"

I am an indepentant kitchen fitter with experience fitting many different manufacturers kitchens. These are normally chosen and ordered by my customers but it means that I know the various manufacturers kitchens pretty well. Some of which are great and others sometimes not so great for various reasons.

When it came to our own new kitchen, I wanted to avoid some of the experiences my own customers had sometimes encountered so I did my research. I also wanted a high quality kitchen but needed to keep an eye on the overall cost.

I discovered the Online Kitchen Store and contacted them. From the first time I spoke to them through to the final part of my new kitchen, they were brilliant.

I went to the showroom to check the quality and range and was very impressed. They are the best quality and most rigid cabinets that I have ever fitted which makes fitting a dream. They are custom made so no unneccessary holes and the time saved with the cabintes pre assembled is substantial. This saves time and money. Jason at the showroom was brilliant and extremely helpful, as have all the other staff members I have spoken to since.

The design service was brilliant providing excellent visuals to bring it to life and excellent plans. No question or amendment is too much and it enables you to get things exactly right.

The delivery of the kitchen was perfect. Well labelled, plans brilliant and nothing missing or damaged. I also needed a few extra bits that I had not planned for and these were given priority and delivered extremely quickly.

These are of course not the absolute cheapest kitchens you can get but they are still an excellent price. You get what you pay for and I believe they are probably the best price you can get for the level of quality and service. I went to see one of the big names that claimed to have a sale on and like for like costs were way beyond those of the Online Kitchen Store. Plus I had to endure a very unpleasant hard sell experience. You do not get that from the Online Kitchen Store. The process is much more pleasant than some of the big chains including avoiding all of the service issues often associated with some of the big names!

I don't hesitate to recommend the Online Kitchen Store. Brilliant from start to finish. Thank you OKS!

"Excellent quality of TV cabinets built by Online Kitchen Store"

I contacted Online Kitchen with my idea for my TV cabinets and Jason assisted me throughout my design process. I've sent abundance of emails to Jason for trivial changes to my design and what can i say, Jason has always assisted me to make these changes, even though he had other project commitments.

Ian assisted in the manufacturing process and the communication was also very good. The TV cabinets were manufactured and delivered within few weeks, with no damage to any cabinets.

After getting my TV cabinets fitted by a carpenter, I changed my mind to have the bottom drawers opening different to what I've initially proposed, so I contacted Olly and Ian to see if they can assist me. They happily made amendments to my TV cabinets.

Overall, the quality of the cabinets is excellent! The communication with Olly and his team has been incredible!

I will definitely be using Online Kitchen for my future kitchen/tv related projects and I have no hesitation in recommending Online Kitchen to my family and friends.
