Very helpful & knowledgeable staff, I didnt really understand underfloor heating and the system we have was put in years ago & it no longer exists so had to source parts as it wasnt working. Danielle helped me & talked me through what I was looking for & we managed to get replacements that will work . I cannot recommend them highly enough, a real pleasure to deal with too & so patient.
