Next step estates abysmal

We were first time renters and they took full advantage of this. We moved into a house that was unfit for living looking back on it now. There was mould everywhere, trip hazards and the microwave had holes in.

One hot summer our fridge broke to which we were advised to deal with it until the landlord came back from holiday in a weeks time. When we said this was not good enough we were giving a mouldy fridge from the garage and were advised to clean it ourselves. As the fridge was being brought in the flooring was ripped by our landlord and we were told to superglue it back down. After a week of debating we negotiated a price to get a fridge and had to source and collect the fridge ourselves.

This was just one of many reasons why I would refuse to rent/buy from Next Step Estate Agents again.

Sometimes if you have an issue with the house you have to pursue them several times until the issue is resolved.
Other than that I have no complaints.
