Easy to purchase and wonderful to have pre-existing conditions covered. My questions before purchasing were answered timely, and they appear to have good customer service in that regard. I didn't have to make a claim so can't comment on that aspect, which is ultimately the most important to review for travel insurance, so I will look for reviews about that before purchasing from them again.

Según la poliza que contraté tenía derecho a una compesación (infima,de tan sólo 100€)por cualquier cancelación de alojamiento justificado.
Pues bien,después de haber sufrido una desagradable estafa en mi viaje con un alojamiento que no se correspondia al ofertado,además de insalubre.
La respuesta de esta empresa es un escueto "No entra en la poliza"..estaría perezoso el agente que me respondio sin argumentación.
Obviamente ni me voy a molestar en debatirle la obviedad.
Es por ello que RECOMIENDO EFUSIVAMENTE A NAVEGANTES EVITAR ESTE TIPO DE PSEUDOEMPRESAS QUE SOLO BUSCAN EL LUCRO.
Contraten aunque sea algo más caro a PROFESIONALES CONTRASTADOS DE SEGUROS.
Menos mal que no enferme o necesite un hospital.
